Diabetes make the veins become arteriosclerosis which cut off the blood taking oxygen flow not comfort like normal people. Therefore, when the wound occurred, with low oxygen feeding the wound slowly recover and big possibility to get infected. Diabetes also make the nerves losing their functional, then old people may not know when getting injure because of no feeling and the wound may be ignored. The neglected wound is very harmful if infected, so it is the most important to care about your feet not to get injure. The diabetes patient should be close to the doctor for curing and keeping all nerves and vein good as possible.

A way to keep you feet healthy is always make the blood flow about feet working by
  • Exercise by lifting your feet up and down when sitting on a chair
  • In long time sitting, stand up and stretch your feet half-hourly to boost blood flowing at feet.
  • Should not sit with one's legs crossed which blocking the blood flowing.
  • No smoking, because nicotine and other chemicals make the vein thrombus.
  • Always make your body movement and lively, walking and exercise to increase whole body blood flowing epically for feet.

When the feet are hurt?
Feet hurting can be occurred by many reasons. One of them is the thinning of skin and losing elasticity as above mentioned. In addition the change of skeleton, joint bring the numb condition, shocking pain around feet fingers, the bone swollen, or senseless about feet fingers of feet tips. If you leave these symptoms without remedial, it may make you uncomfortable in walking, consequence to still sit all a day without movement and exercise. When this thing occurs, many of bad effects come around you. The best way to stop that, consult with your doctor for curing when you feel irregular.
